Now that you have successfully and satisfactorily sold two properties for us in the past year, as well as managing two others for us during that time, I think I would have to say that we are delighted with the service you have provided to us. For the record, Waratah Street sold soon after going on the market, Heathcliff sold (and we even had the contracts exchanged!) before the date of the first inspection.
As an older Balgowlah resident, I knew and remember Arch Auld as an agent who was respected in the suburb for his scrupulous honesty. That tradition certainly continued under Ian Derrin and is clearly flourishing under the Good name. The most important thing though, is the way you limit the stress and make life easy for us as vendors. Everything went amazingly smoothly.

Finally a chance to review the process of selling our home at 24 Waratah Street, Balgowlah.
After years of procrastinating about selling our home and moving away from Balgowlah, the process was straight forward and most rewarding.
We are so pleased we enlisted the services of North Harbour Real Estate, who, from the first meeting instilled us with confidence, market awareness and a neat marketing strategy. All this was superbly manged by yourselves, Sandra and Teresa.
