Rental Services

In real estate we understand that our clients - both landlords and tenants - are our most valuable asset and therefore over the past 25 years, have attempted to ensure that our service is personal, professional and prompt.

Once you have decided to apply for one of our rental properties:

We will ask that you complete an application form and pay a holding deposit.
We will also advise the costs involved which would include:
* A bond equivalent to 4 week's rent (for unfurnished premises)
* Rental in advance
* $15 lease preparation fee.

On commencing the tenancy you will be given all the necessary paperwork including: Lease, Condition Report, Renting Guide etc.

Vacating a Rented Property:
When looking to vacate a rented property, please ensure that you refer to your tenancy guide handed to you at the commencement of your tenancy, your leasing agreement or by contacting us regarding the correct notice required. Notice must always be given in writing.
