North Harbour Real Estate is a long established boutique real estate agency, selling and managing property in the Sydney Northern Beaches area for over 24 years. Licensee, Sandra Good worked for the firm, originally called Gaynor Auld Dickman in 1977, prior to Ian Derrin changing the name in 1981 to Derrin Brothers or Derrin Bros as it was commonly known. This was rebranded as North Harbour RE or NHRE with Sandra and her husband Peter Good taking over fully in 2005.
